This quote has never been more accurate than now. With Brandy Jordan’s first book - Mistaken - sold to Wild Rose Press, her dreams have reached success through the goals set in place several years ago. The dream has continued with the release of her short story, Murder and the Media Specialist.

Brandy Jordan has been writing since a teen, though her stories have evolved from fan fiction (before the term had been invented) to romantic suspense tales interwoven with humorous prose.

A former technical support supervisor for a large corporate travel company, she decided to take a reduction in force post 9/11 as a sign from above and began following her dreams—writing being top of the list!

After moving around from Windsor, Canada to Dearborn, Michigan, to Katy, Texas, and Cincinnati, Ohio, and a short stop in Hamilton, Ontario, Brandy's finally settled down. She currently lives outside of Houston with her husband, two precocious boys, 6 turtles, 2 dogs, 1 cat, a bird, 2 guinea pigs, 1 goldfish, 1 leopard gecko, 6 turtles and a fire-belly toad.  Not to mention the occasional baby bird rescue. It’s a small zoo, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
