I live in London England with my husband of thirty years, two cats. I have three grown daughters and one granddaughter. I am totaly devoted to Historical, Romantic Fiction and this is reflected in the stories I write.
I started writing five years ago after I attended a stress management course. I had read Katharine by Anya Seton when I was fourteen after which I was hooked on history and historical romances. I have always wanted to write an historical romance and the management course reminded me of this, so I started. I found the Romantic Novelist Association (RNA) of Great Britain address and joined. Since then I have been learning everything I can about the craft of writing.
My hard work was rewarded this year when my book, Cutlasses and Caresses, was accepted for publication by Triskelion. It will be released in December 2006 as an e-book with a second, Midnight Marriage, released in April 200. Another, Prince of the Three Mountains, is under consideration
Writing for me is about creating stories and character that will fire the imagination and who readers of all ages will fall in love with.
In my other life I am a qualified Nurse and I work as a Senior Lecturer with London South Bank University where I teach nursing and health studies.
